Processing & Creation Time

  • One-of-a-kind / premade pieces ship within 24 hours

  • Made-to-order items (custom sizing) ship within up to 5 business days

Each piece is made individually, so timing may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience while your item comes to life.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Please note:

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by shipping carrier 

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order is marked as shipped or delivered

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change, reach out before your order ships — we’re happy to help when possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive.

      -Exchanges are preferred

      -Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis

      -Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.

Sizing

All measurements are taken carefully, but slight variation may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece.

Please review sizing details before purchasing, especially for custom orders.

Care

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or wear. Care instructions are provided with every order. 

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
